There has to be tycoons, deep state and elders in every community.
Anyone that is saying that they are irrelevant are fooling you.
And most governments do in fact go to bed with this group of people.

And once Ruto takes power there'll be a new breed of deep state, tycoons and elders. Because power abhors a vacuum.

There is nothing like Kikuyu elders, if you know you know. Ni Kila mtu na tumbo yake. The common Kikuyu walking along the streets struggling to make ends meet, has no relation to the so called elders or tycoons. Come on!!, they don't even offer employment to their own kith and kin, but ikifika ni campaign time, they all want to talk on behalf of the community. Wakwende na huko.
I neither support Ruto or Raila, but in this issue about Kikuyu elders and sijui matycoon, it's a no no.
