The idleness brought on by corona continues.
Undoubtedly, our interaction has altered how we view life more than we care to admit. Seemingly harmless everyday matters have adopted new meaning in our lives. Here is an example in my life:-

[li]During family gatherings, i have found myself shouting “MEFFI” and “APEWE KITI” to dismiss family members parroting over nothing in particular,[/li][li]I have taken to calling the local butcherman WAKANYAMA and he doesnt seem to mind,[/li][li]Kuna place sisi hukula fish. You have an option of ordering for a full fish or half a fish. Sasa watu huwa wanaingia wakitakata half fish wanaulizwa kama wepewe kichwa ama mkia. Non dim eyes always shout back “Nipe Mkia” and they never seem to understand the unbelieving look i throw them. Worse are those who walk in and shout at male attendants; “Wewe Kamau, niletee mkia”,[/li][li]Relatives married to single mothers or who are single mothers themselves never understand why i am cold at them whenever we meet,[/li][li]Wife anajua sikulangi rabbit meat so she always wonder kwa dinner table nikisema chakula leo ni tamu kama nyama ya sungura,[/li][li]Ongezeni.[/li][/ol]
