Ksh. 10m. How to utilize it to secure my future

Guys, this is one of my more serious posts. By December of this year 2022, I expect to have Ksh. 10m or thereabouts at my disposal (from investments). I live in a rented house and I’m employed.

Given that employment is something that is never secure, I would like to secure my future with this money so that even if I’m sacked today, I continue living the same quality of life.

Any advice? Would really appreciate.

Leta nikuwekee vizuri ukifikiria

These must be proceeds of illegal activities since wewe ni mtu ya paysliP… i recommend you keep your guard up since vile zimekuja hvyo divyo vile zitatoka.

I would re-invest 70 percent of that money.

There are so many things you can do:

  1. Register a private LLC in the United States, and buy shares in the NYSE. But do your homework first on the best performing companies. I invested in Tesla shares back in 2020 and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made.

  2. Invest in bonds, mutual funds and ETFs.

  3. Invest in cryptocurrency, but for the long-term. More succinctly, an investment that could pay off after 5 years.

  4. Invest in an African tech start-up with potential.

  5. That is enough capital to start your own business from the ground up. Although most salaried individuals don’t have experience to run a successful business. Chunga isikunywe maji.

It’s possible to double your investment, but you have to be very smart.

  1. Eka Money Market.

  2. Bonds zikifunguliwa bid urushe uko. Juzi niliona za around 13.4 (Can’t remember the exact figure). Ka hio ukiangukia ni about 115k p.m tax free, and without touching the principal sum.

with the above, you will get enough time to think through what you intend to do with the money

Kuna thread niliona ka hii yako when i was still a villager.
Hii issue imekuwa addressed…kila mtu husema rental income and interest income…which are solid options more especially the latter.
But kuna kitu nilisema watu wakalenga sana…MULTIPLIER EFFECT…kama ukona ka shamba mahali acre kadha…wachana na hizi vitu za grade…buy kienyeji KUKU MBUZI AMA NGOMBE…baaaasss uone doh 2 3 years uone ile doh utaingisa.

Think about it.

We’re having a global economy collapse this summer,my guess is June 24th thereabouts. That’s when there will be a major astrological event.I could be wrong, since there are some lunar events before then.If you doubt this,I’ll remind you that this Russia-Ukraine nonsense started when Pluto returned. The last time that happened was 1/7/1776.

Import sukari ama cooking oil.

10M ni pesa mzuri lakini sio pesa mingi kwa jiji kama kanairo. Its not enough to secure your future but it is a good start. Hakuna mtu anaweza kupea the right advice juu every person is unique. There is so much information about you that is missing. What’s your age? Are you married? How many kids do you have? If not, when do you plan to start a family? What is your expertise? What is your current salary? What is the nature of your job? Is it flexible enough to accommodate a side hustle? What is your risk appetite/tolerance? What is your passion and interest? bla bla bla. Without knowing this information, nobody can offer any solid advice. Uliza tuu mtu anakujua personally juu he/she will make a better assessment. Hapa tuu ni online strangers we don’t really know your situation.

Won’t bonds leave the money tied up for too long?
