Hizo brothels za 3k

Ule atapata job ya maji na exhauster huko ataomoka mbaya …

Woriah slowly taking over this city.

Leafy suburbs = Low Density

Huko sio leafy suburbs tena. Lakini apartments na duplexes za huko hukuwa kali and modern.

Real birrioneas live in controlled areas where land subdivision is 1/2 acre minimum and no apartment blocks allowed.

wapi mbica ya hii slum quarters?

every nairobi slay queen wants to live in kilimani or to associated with someone who does

1/2 acre? No bana. Karen minimum ni 1 acre. Ndo maana ni kwa birrionaires. Kunafaa kuwe na zoning laws kwanza. I wonder why land sizes kama 40×60 ama 40×80 even exist. Law inafaa ikuwe passed the smallest piece of land to be sold is 1/4 acre (100×100). Hizo 40×60 na 40×80 ni breeding grounds for mabati peasants.

In December 2021, the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) withdrew an approval that had been granted to the developer and stopped the firm from making further constructions to avoid legal action after the local residents’ association complained.

true, if such a law existed the buying price of a 1/4 would be same as what we are paying for an 1/8 right now…
i have several 1/8 plots in Nairobi environs and can’t imagine building a home for my family on such a tiny piece of land… hata gari unapark kwa ukuta… shida…

Karen saa hii ni 1/2 acre and soon going to 1/4 coz developers are buying a 1/2 acre and putting two houses on the plot.

Even 1/4 acre si ati ni kubwa sana but its somehow ok since unaeza pata space. Unapata mtu amenunua 40×60 anajengea familia nyumba unashindwa watatoshea aje. Uko si ukilima choo nafasi imeisha. Hata hutapata nafasi ya kueka kibanda ya kuku. The ideal land size for me is 1/2 acre and above. Hapo unaeza pata enough space ya kujenga na kuwa na compound. Hata watu wakikuja kukutembelea wanaeza pata nafasi ya kupark gari

My opinion is if you own a car and your shags is within a 150km radius from CBD, you have no business living in Nairobi. Work, and commute home. Nairobi is crowded by people who really don’t need to live there. Just there for their image.

The only place you can get 1/2 acre is runda, kitusuru, karen, ridgeways etc. So jipange mfuko.

Outside Nairobi you can get even 2 acres. Ubaya ya Nairobi ni ati hakuna shamba. The little remaining pieces of land watu wamefinya sawa sawa to make a financial killing from them. Ukienda Kamulu, Joska, Malaa utapata shamba all sizes. Huko ujinga ya 40×60 ama 40×80 haijaanza kufika. Mostly shamba mingi zinauzwa huko na 50×100 kuenda juu. Kuna mahali hadi 10 acres inauzwa.

Do so at your own risk.

Land scams are everywhere. Hata hio Karen, Runda, Kitisuru imejaa scams pia. Do your due diligence.

yeah, at least 1/2 acre you will have a garden, reasonable parking and you will not need to squeeze everything up… sometimes i visit these posh estates like Muthaiga, Karen and admire the huge compounds… huko Syokimau, juja farm, Ruiru etc the peasants hukaa kama caged chicken…
parking iko juu ya sewage pit.

ivo ndo inafaa iwe. watu wanataka kuishi exclusive neighbourhoods aje na wao sio employers, hawalipi ushuru, hawana biashara zozote zinachangia positively kwa uchumi ya kenya?

Only the truly rich parasitic owners of capital with assets over half a billion shillings should live in exclusive places. ii watu wengine kama hawataki io maghorofa mrefu karibu na wao, waende wakaishi ocha, huko hakuna ghorofa
