since we have started mass testing, this money will help hire more ambulances, fully equip the call center, buy PPE for the health care workers, buy airtime from media outlets to spread awareness, buy ventilators, and ICU beds…
we can use the balance to fuel the bulldozers which are creating space for waste disposal sites to collect waste from the estates and ensure they are clean.
more countries should emulate Kenya for a job well done in containing COVID 19.
