Jogging and healing thereafter

Wadau,I like jogging.My every morning trail is 12km though at times it extends to 14km.Whenever I find a certain dog lying outside its carer gate I normally take the long route to avoid confrontation with it.
After every jog I stretch and within no time the after jogging aches would go.However for the last two weeks,the pain remain even after doubling the stretching exercise.The result is that the following morning jog is affected,I get worn out at the 7th km.
Wadau,ni nini inahappen.I am still young and vibrant.I want to keep up with this exercise through out my active life.I am 38 of yrs.

Try taking a spoon or two of Pure Coconut MCT oil. That should help. You will also enjoy the many benefits of pure MCT oil.

Let your body rest. You shouldn’t jog 12 km everyday.

stretches should be before and after, and always strech while your body is still warm, that is probably immediately after the work out, again I learnt this from a friend that your bed really affects your muscles, that is why always emphasize that people need to invest in their sleep, BUY A GOOD MATTRESS.
