This competition…it’s always the supplement sponsored guys that win
Not in Nairobi at the moment, but anytime I see people going to the gym for strength and health I always encourage them. Well done, endelea na bidii.
nice one…whats your max weight deadlift?
Ndio naogopa this might happen. I’m relatively “small” 85-100kgs compared to open class who are around 120kgs. But I deadlift 230+kgs (keeping it vague ndio nisijidoxx). I’m afraid watanirusha open class if a sponsored athlete ako hio amateur category.
But liwe liwalo. I’m used to competing against them
Like the Eldoret one held earlier this year…the likes of Rashid ISSA and Iron Shafi will definitely dominate
120-140
