Say we will forgive otherwise they will torment us because they don’t want to let go of power. The ideal situation is like Angola, promise amnesty then go after their assets immediately after elections but I don’t think either of the incoming contenders has such gumption. Ndii has his issues but he is very astute in economics and governance.
