HOW TO COOK BEEF STIR FRY SAUCE

Green bell pepper (diced)

Yellow bell pepper (diced)

Scotch bonnet (blended)

Soy sauce

Corn starch (thickener)

Black pepper

Onion powder

Grated garlic & Ginger

Salt

Seasoning cubes

Vegetable oil

Dark soy sauce

Slice the beef, wash and season with some black pepper, seasoning cubes, ginger & garlic, onion powder, soy sauce and mix until it’s combine. Cover and allow to marinade for 30mins.

Place the pan on heat, add some vegetable oil, add the onion, grated garlic and ginger and stir. Add the marinaded beef and stir fry on medium heat until it’s golden brown.

Add the vegetables, pepper and stir.

Drizzle sesame oil

In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, soy sauce together, add some water, mix and pour the liquid into the pot, stir and allow to simmer for 1min.
Taste for salt and seasoning cubes and add if necessary.
Enjoy with some white rice
