How much do you care about the odds between different Bookies?

So was wondering how big a factor the odds are in deciding where your going to place your bets?
Would you even bother to change if one was a bit better priced? Or it had to be like a lot?!

Like in below game, one has a way better/lower margin and the 4 others are kinda close.

I think once you have a few your happy with it will take a good bit to switch but ok if one is consistently better priced, thats also like throwing money away if you take it
