Interesting. Umenipatia idea to include kwa deposit clause that it is only refundable after minimum stay of 3 months. Asante.

In all my tenancy agreements, I have stated the 2months deposit is only refundable if the tenancy period is over 6months. Take note that we pay agents a commission equivalent to 1 months rent and of course other expenses incurred in preparing the unit for your occupation.
