@Randy and other villagers… That house is devoid of brick and mortar rather uses wood and boards… What can be substituted for brick and mortar here in Kenya yet durable enough… IoN that house has dope speaker systems, YouTube must pay really well given he’s a full time YouTuber
Nice video, these guys have done a really good job they remind me when i repair my house, i bought really old and rusty but now i really feel proud everytime i enter it haha. My wife and i we worked really hard on it cause it needed so much work, the wood siding was so old same as for gutters and the railings. We changed all to aluminum i know it cost more but it lives more and also maintenance free, i ordered all the vinyl siding, gutters, and railings online. I installed them all by myself with my wife helping, i really love how it looks now !!
[COLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0)]The main thing is to be able to clean the gutters easily. First of all, houses with clogged gutters look terrible. Secondly, suppose water accumulates in the gutters. In that case, the edge of the roof surface and the underlying materials (usually wooden sheets) can be damaged by constant contact with water. This causes the wood and surface material to rot and weaken. Eventually, the surface and the wood underneath will have to be replaced. You can read more here. This is really important.
