Cambridge in town hapo mama ngina street is the best in my opinion. Not cheap though. My wife’s bill was around 30k for her to get good hard lenses.

Go to St. Mary’s hospital in Langata. Ask the security guards to direct you to the eye clinic. They won’t give you glasses unless you really need them. Consultation is 200bob to see an ophthalmologist. Avoid Thursdays, it’s usually very busy coz it’s the day they do surgeries. If you need glasses, they won’t cost you more than 10K lenses and frame.
