The incline was insane,both of my calf(s) are in pain despite stretching and deep heating them.

Wait, do your cats go for morning runs with you? That’s super cute and super strange by the way I didn’t know it was actually to teach a cat anything :). I stopped running in the morning about a month ago because I was afraid of the pandemic, now I am not afraid anymore, I am just bored so started running in the morning again. It is surprising how fast my body went out of shape. In order to reduce the stress to the body I started taking these supplements so that i recover faster. When I am back on track I’ll surely give up on them. As for now they have proven very useful.
