Gym equipment

Since the pandemic, I know most of us have been keeping fit at home. This trend is likely to continue with the emergence of new variants. I have a treadmill at home, a few dumbells and kettlebells but recently tunaona we need to get something better like the weight stations they have at the gym. Something like this…but I wonder whether it makes a difference or should we just get more free weights?

I like this one (below), but the only problem is that it doesn’t come with an extension for the hip adductor or abductor. Which other exercises can work out the hips? Or if someone can kindly point out another machine which they use, nimegoogle usiku mzima nimechoka.

Purple you don’t need another machine to work out unless you’re very comfortable with them. Ingia pale reddit and visit the sub reddit r/bodyweightfitness. On their FAQ page they have an extremely comprehensive guide on how to work out using your own body for all kinds of body shape. It is a very long list and you likely won’t do all of it. So try and find the section that zeroes in on the hip section and you’re good to go. Best of all there is a whole community for when you get stuck.

I love that subreddit because if you stick to it you end up getting a fit body full of insane flexibility unlike the rigidness that most achieve working out in a gym.
