What i really like about the whole scenario is that we now have devolution,not like in the days of Moi who would use carrots and sticks to influence voting,I am glad that in a place like Vihiga we have got a governor that we wanted,,Kakamega should also do well with Oparanya,I voted for Raila but if Uhuru takes the day after the official results are out, it will be inconsequential.At least i can look forward to travel upcountry and invest in future
