Forgetfulness

Copied and pasted

Please help me out.
I think i have a problem and it is not a small problem.
It’s the problem of forgetting,we can discuss stuff then a few minutes later i find myself repetitively asking questions on the matter discussed despite taking notes.I wasn’t like this before.
This is a problem because am an accountant and from time to time I have ended up posting questionable figures while reporting which i later correct. That has put me at loggerheads with my seniors.

I can remember things done in the past,my issue is recalling recent matters.

Friends have recommended omega pills, they assisted a little but i want a lasting cure.

Any docs here, come to my aid before i lose my job or get dementia at such an early age.

Check your cholestoral levels and get an ECG done

Heheheee… You have an interesting approach to this medical case.

Coz I recently couldn’t even remember my ID number …so I went to the doc over a similar issue, and that seems to be one of the symptoms of high bad cholesterol in the blood and coronary heart disease

Achana na fake ids, mwarabu

How old a you

Huyo Doc alikugonga…hii ni jaba mob na codeine…you need to cut it

I think forgetfulness can be brought by lack of concentration of a person. One should always be very keen during conversation in order to avoid forgetting and repeating what had been explained earlier. At one point I used to forget so much. If I remember well, I was in high school. The teacher could teach well and immediately he stepped outside the class, I could not remeber any thing that he has taught. I started becoming so curious about it. I could jot down some notes while the teacher is discussing something. I realised that the problem vanished. So you can also begin to wright short notes while someone is talking so that you refer when you try to forget.
