About losing weight, I always find it so much easy to loose weight that I even wonder why people struggle

The problem is people want to live the same lifestyle and expect that there’s a magic or medicine of losing weight.

All in all to lose weight you need to avoid starch or carbohydrates. From High-school Biology eating starch will be broken down into glucose & excess glucose is converted into fats for storage.
