Wadau, i have a german sheppard, long coat puppy 7 months old that i acquired recently and brought it home. Now im an avid dog fan and i have a 1 year old south african boerbell whom i have had since 2018 .
Needless to say, the two dogs didnt hit it off and ended up being sworn enemies. Last week i forgot to chain them up properly, and the boerbell attacked the german sheppard inflicting some very serious wounds. Vet says he has done all he can and the only thing left is to euthenise the poor german sheppard.
Has anyone else been in this situation and if so how is the best way to go about it?? Its really distressing to me so kindly give me workable solutions cz i want to do the euthenasia myself. Its a responsibility i have to take personally.

Theres a process of breaking a dog into a new environment. It takes time but it works and they end up getting along with the pack. In this instance, the chains i used failed me.
