The right approach is the way veterinarians do, they start serving their community even before graduation. That is the mindset the medical doctors should have, equating our worth to amount of salaries we get is what is giving us sleepless night and depression. But I understand, majority of the so called doctors choose that career to make money. And when it doesn’t they feel wasted and worthless
