There's a radical way. Ukiwa karibu na miti ya ndizi, banana stalks. Cut the banana stalks, the younger the better chukua bangi let the milk/sap ya mti/mgomba wa ndizi imwagikie the bangi generously... Put it out to dry. Once it dries, roll it up and light it up. Once you take a few puffs, utakohoa until you puke several times. You will be very disgusted and will not desire to touch it ever...
Ps. The same works with cigarettes.
