Owuor’s church used to do this till people started dying in droves. Its on record a meeting he conducted in nakuru had critical people dying after decreeing their healing. I remember at that time i was in RVPGH, since then he tells critical patients to stay home including his archbishop who is sick
I doubt he told them not to go to the hospital. He has a leaning towards medics, most of the leaders in his church are nurses and doctors who still work.
