Anyone with experience on using these two or either one how did it affect you?..increased muscle mass or just watet weight?

I used creatine about 5 years ago, I was on it for about 8 months, it will give you crazy power and you will bulk up really fast, it didn’t have any negative effects on me but I didn’t like feeling so puffed up and lacking muscle cuts and definition. I also found myself out growing my clothes very fast and had to keep giving them away. Right now I dont use it, I’m not interested in being the biggest guy in the room, the last 2 years I have trained without supplements but hit plateau on all major exercises, I’m now on BCAAs but just 2 tablets a day, while I don’t have the mass of 5 years ago I have greater muscle definition and recover pretty fast after tough workouts. So it depends on what your goals are, if you are a professional bodybuilder you will need creatine amongst other supplements but if it’s just for general body fitness amino acids and a fat burner (eg animal cuts or hydroxycuts) will be sufficient. Remember to adhere to a clean diet to see results fast. All the best
