I feel light even though according to the BMI shiet I am still like 8 kilos away from my ideal weight.
While at it,I also want to know how my other organs are faring.You know the kidneys, Thyroid profile,Lipid profile,Urine profile,complete blood count,HB1AC et cetera.
Wadau,pls recommend a good check up facility within the confines of Kenya.Those known to carry out such tests showing little interest to the insurance card.
I understand there are such test packages nowadays.
