Panasonic had sometime back mounted the biggest image sensor on a camera that had a phone application.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM1 was abit bulky but had the most powerful camera sensor at the time.

With a 20-megapixel 1-inch sensor and a 10mm (28mm-equivalent) f/2.8 lens, Panasonic’s Lumix CM1 was the most technically capable camera on any phone out there.
I think economies of scale was not in its favour considering how costly it was to source for all those camera parts, and a lukewarm market. Personally, I thought it was neither a good camera nor a good phone.
