These bulls must be on Growth Hormones or some, if not, i give it to these guys.


By the way kuna cattle around the world of many shapes and sizes...unaweza pata ni natural no growth hormones.
And just like @Randy ive seen some super cows around this country hata huwezi amini.
Then nina swali to guys from cendro or anyone wale wamezoea kula beef ya grade cattle...is there a difference in taste aroma texture ya nyama ya grade na nyama ya zebu kienyeji hizi zina hump.
I got a grade bull which died 9 pm usiku nikaita ma neighbour na maboys tuichinje tugawane nyama...sa ma villager wakavutiana masimu wasee wakakuja wengi wengine wamebeba jiko zimewaka wengine nyanya vitunguu ya kachumbari...badala ya wasee kuenda roasting ika anzia hapo kwa boma karibu 10.30 pm usiku...
Funny thing is nyama ya ngombe ya grade haina aroma...as in tuko ocha hewa ni pure if you light a cigarette smell inafika 3 4 bomas....hii nyama haikuwa na harufu you couldnt tell meat was being roasted.
Cops on patrol wakaingia boma juu curfew ilikuwa imeingia wanashangaa crowds niaje usiku...kuingia wakashtuka kupata wasee wanajiprepare kujibonda...walisema hata harufu ya nyama haikuwa at all...fala zikabeba karibu kilo sita zikaenda.

What you feed you cow , determines the quality of meat and milk it will produce.

Here's Wagyu beef, A5 grade of this beef will fetch ksh 40,000.

Beef farming is best for regions like NFD,such environment.

Maybe the animal you slaughtered was sick. Thats why it had no aroma.
We dont risk such...a meat inspector was around to go through the carcas to declare it fit for consumption...inspector found the cow had 1 lung and the stomach contents were just what you expect to find...nothing out of the ordinary...the inspector cleared the meat and said grade cows arent as hardy as local.
Meat inspector pia alibeba kilo mbili ya shingo.
I believe kuna tafauti between local na foreign breed.
