Advice guys

hey guys, i have saved some cash and am thinking of starting a business of selling refurbished laptops and other computer accessories in a satellite town
Any advice on what other products to add, how to import, capital required and commercial viability of the business… saidia guys

fanya research kwanza kwa hiyo satellite town ujue kama soko iko… kuna duka ngapi za kuuza hiyo electronic junk yako, kuna wanunuzi, na ni wangapi?.. are they enough to make for a sustainable business case… where do they get their comps from… what are their unique needs that are not being met?.. and you have the skill and know how to meet… What are the barriers to entry in that town and its competitive advantages… etc etc. elewa hiyo town vizuri kwanza…

Seems like a good biz but first as @mpendakazi has suggested, check for the viability of that satellite town. I would advise you to also have a IT support biz don’t just sell the comps, offer IT service solutions to schools, county offices, small biz set ups etc.
For sourcing, I heard UAE is the best source market. Find a friend over there and send him to check out the place for you first if not panda ndege. To import, just outside the shops you’ll find kina Ahmed ready with their shipping agencies, waiting for you to give them biz kuleta Kenya. Start up capital, I would give it a million covering merchandise sourcing, biz rent & statutory permits. Kumbuka, no business is ever easy at the start. do your business plan and if it looks positive, go for it and weather the storms coz for sure they will come.

@Oti ulemsee check these guys out first, they might just have what you looking for without you having to fly out

I came to realise with time that the best way to get into business is through mentorship. Find someone who is good at doing the same thing you love to mentor you.
