Saa zingine tunapuzilia waChinku sana bila kufanya uchunguzi wetu independently without bias.

Juzi nilikuwa na my jalopy doctor aki-install Jinbo shocks in a Toyota probox, and according to him and his colleagues, hizi shocks za waChinku, akina Jinbo/Shield/Ozone, wameeka ngari mingi and from their experience as long gari si ya mzigo, hizo shocks ziko fiti.

And it got me thinking, hawa waChinku, in 2023 and given their advancement in tech, wanaweza shindwa kureverse engineer and make a good shock kweli!

What was your experience after installing them ?

Ziko sawa. I changed to Ozone shocks last Sept and so far so good…huge improvement in my suspension.

Mech assured me of quality after fitting several cars with nil complains… actually my car is a mid range 2000cc SUV,it’s heavy and I enjoy fast driving with some off-road and I appreciate the change to ozone shock absorbers

The Chinese shocks wear out and get side to side play within three months. Side to side play means continuous drumming noise. Just get an original shock damper. Kyb Japan makes the best shocks. Even used ones go for years and years. Kyb from Thailand and wherever else is usually a quarter the price and wears fast.

Sasa when you say chinese shocks, do you mean ALL of them start failing within 3 months? Which one have you used?

its not about advancement in technology. china are way advanced than any country in the world.

its about making them cheap, not using quality material etc.cutting costs to increase profit and make an illusion that things are cheap.
