I would say drastically. I bet you’ve seen videos of toddlers getting run over their limbs,fall from heights and get to walk it off while i get a toe stub and its two weeks on the bench. Infants and toddlers are still growing internally and externally so things like bones,nerve endings,skin defence (this is intriguing,you never see kids with significant sunburn unless they were left outside to fry) and pain inhibitors are work in progress
